Note: Here, the d drive is provided because Windows is installed on the D drive, however, if you installed on another drive, you can change the name of the drive to the respective name where your Windows 10 is installed.
Now restart your computer by typing the command listed below, then press the Enter key.
After restarting the window, you will return to the login screen, but this time you have even more options and one of them is the utility manager which is at the bottom of the screen, click on it and choose Command Prompt.
In the command prompt section, you simply type two commands listed below. The first command will help you create a new user account and the second command will give you control over the administrator account. Make sure to press the Enter key after typing each command.
net user XYZ / add
XYZ / add net local group administrators
Note: Here, XYZ is the name of the local user account and you can name one according to your comfort.
